Welcome to Trysy ("Trysy", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Trysy mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What Trysy Does

Trysy is an AI-powered virtual fitting room that allows users to upload photos and visualize how clothing items may look on them.

The results are generated using artificial intelligence and are for visualization purposes only.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.

The App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under this age.

By using Trysy, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Photos and Content

When you upload a photo, you:

  • Confirm that the photo belongs to you or you have permission to use it
  • Agree that we may process the image using AI technology to provide the service
  • Understand that the image will be used to generate virtual try-on results

We do not claim ownership of your photos.

4. AI Disclaimer

Trysy uses AI to generate virtual try-on images.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The fit, size, or appearance will be accurate
  • The clothing will look identical in real life
  • The results will be error-free

5. Third-Party Content

The App may display clothing from third-party brands or merchants.

We are not responsible for:

  • Product quality
  • Availability
  • Shipping, returns, or customer service

Any purchases are made outside of the App and are handled by third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of other people without their consent
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Use the App in a way that violates any laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with or misuse the App or its AI systems

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in and to the App, including its technology, design, and content, are owned by Trysy.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trysy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
